Your tasks:
▲Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion – design, planning, budgeting, execution, and follow-up;
▲Evaluate technical solutions by analyzing cost, risks, timelines, feasibility, and reliability;
▲Collaborate closely with internal departments and external subcontractors across different disciplines;
▲Oversee project-specific procurement and future investment planning;
▲Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, industry norms, and internal quality standards;
Your Profile:
▲ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field;
▲ Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within a technical or industrial setting;
▲Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, Agile);
▲ Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset;
▲ Native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in English (B2+/C1 level).
