EXCITING ASSIGNMENTS
- Cooperate with the company's relevant projects to conduct equipment evaluation and selection, and provide corresponding technical support
- Cooperate with the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment, as well as the organization of relevant materials, to ensure rapid production input
- Develop equipment maintenance plans, provide guidance during implementation, and update maintenance content in a timely manner
- Select equipment spare parts, formulate a spare parts plan, and reasonably control the quantity and types of spare parts. Based on equipment drawings or actual equipment, localize spare parts to optimize costs
- Analyze and summarize equipment failures, compile instruction manuals, train maintenance personnel, and enhance the team's maintenance skills
- Continuously improve and optimize equipment based on its status, enhance equipment reliability, and meet production and operational needs
- Responsible for the maintenance and mechanical overhaul of various CNC machine tools
- Other work tasks arranged by immediate supervisors
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or above, aged 25-45, with certain English reading ability and oral communication skills, preferably majoring in mechatronics, mechanical design and industrial automation or related fields
- Familiar with the working principles of various transmission mechanisms, timing pulleys, timing belts, motors, electric machines, screw rods, XY-axis gantry mechanisms, etc., familiar with commonly used mechanical structures, possess strong equipment maintenance skills, and have strong practical abilities as well as the ability to analyze, solve, and summarize problems
- Familiar with the working principles of commonly used hydraulic systems, and understand various pneumatic components and their working principles currently in use
- More than 3 years of experience in CNC machine tool maintenance, familiar with machine tool structure
- Familiar with Fanuc, Brother, or Siemens CNC systems, understand PLC, and relevant parameter adjustments
- Knowledge of basic machine tool machining principles, with the ability to program simple machining procedures being preferred
- Understand machine tool accuracy and repair adjustment, and be proficient in adjusting the accuracy of CNC machine tools
- Able to use CAD and other drawing software, and familiar with various current mainstream automation design software
- Possess good personal qualities and professional ethics, team spirit, and certain communication skills
