Position type: HourlyPosition Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented student to join our Medical Department for the Summer 2026 term. In this role, the intern will assist with a variety of essential health and safety functions, including:
Supporting pre-employment physicals, annual physicals, and the hearing conservation program
Scanning, organizing, and filing medical charts
Assisting with day-to-day employee medical needs
Supporting recordkeeping, procedure updates, and policy revisions as needed
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an LPN, RN, PA, MA, or pre‑med program
Valid CPR/AED certification
General Requirements for All Co‑op/Intern Positions
Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Available to complete the full 3–6 month assignment
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general database applications
Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams to deliver timely results
Availability: May/June 2026
