EXCITING ASSIGNMENTS
- Responsible for developing and selling to customers in the South China region
- Based on regional strategic objectives, decompose annual/quarterly sales targets and develop quantifiable sales plans
- Acquire new customers and ensure order opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms and quotations with customers
- Provide timely rolling sales forecasts. Conduct market intelligence and new business development
- Maintain existing customers and manage customer relationships effectively to achieve the established key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate with product managers/marketing managers to designate sales strategies and pricing schemes, ensuring that customer delivery time, delivery quality, and other requirements are met
- Support inter-departmental coordination and management for addressing customer complaints
- Be responsible for the completion status of accounts receivable
- Other tasks arranged by the company
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a 985/211 university, preferably majoring in metal materials, mechanical engineering, or electronics-related fields. Candidates with a technical background combined with business management experience are preferred, and those with work experience in international companies are preferred
- Have at least 5 years of sales experience, especially in industrial product sales. Possess a successful track record in sales, particularly in the sales of raw materials, electronic products, energy, and semiconductor-related industries
- Possess excellent internal and external communication skills. Be able to quickly learn new technologies and market trends
- Possess solid technical/product knowledge to persuade customers. Develop customer penetration plans to win orders
- Passionate and proactive towards sustained sales growth. Able to establish customer relationships in a short period of time
- Customer relationship management skills. Possess a positive attitude and ability to overcome challenges
- Fluent in spoken English, having passed the National CET-6 or equivalent level examination
