During your two-year vocational training at the Pragathi Training Center – an initiative of Plansee India in the area of CSR – you will complete 400 hours, giving you a comprehensive leg-up for a career in industry (classes are divided into 3 groups with a max. of 20 participants). You will receive practical training in industrial maintenance as well as in the areas of electronics and mechanics. In addition, you will learn about important manufacturing processes and capabilities that are decisive in production.

The subjects of work ethics and personal development will also be covered along with the technical content. You will also be trained in communication, time management and how to write CVs so that you will be optimally equipped for the professional world. Other topics will include occupational safety, data handling as well as production planning, quality management, and ISO standards.
