Technical Sales Administrator (f/m/d)

In this role, you will join the CT Hard Material Solution Central Sales Administration team. Your mission will be to manage the entire "Quote to Cash" process for technical offers and to process customer complaints to ensure quality follow-up.
Your Missions :
Responsible for the technical product quotation process
Respond to customer technical inquiries forwarded to you by Central Sales Administration
Responsible for processing complaints from the receipt of the customer order to the processing of the replacement order and credit note
Maintain communication with customers
Work closely with various internal stakeholders: Central Sales Administration, Segment Managers, Quality Engineers, and Site Engineering
Your profile :
Hold a technical diploma (in General Mechanics, Industrial Production) or demonstrate significant professional experience in the field
Be fluent in French and be willing to improve your English if necessary
Be comfortable with IT tools (MS Office)
Prior experience with SAP would be considered an asset
Be eager to move into a sales environment and enjoy customer contact
Be a strong communicator and able to integrate into a team.
