Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through stakeholder discussions, performance data, and learning assessments.
  • Design, develop, and coordinate learning programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end learning administration, including training calendars, nominations, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business impact measures.
  • Support leadership development, behavioral skills, compliance training, and technical learning initiatives.
  • Maintain learning records, certifications, and competency matrices.
  • Configure and administer the Workday Learning module.
  • Create and manage learning content, courses, curricula, learning paths, and certifications.
  • Assign and track mandatory and developmental learning programs.
  • Generate dashboards and reports related to learning completion, compliance, and learner analytics.
  • Support learners, managers, and stakeholders in resolving Workday Learning queries.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and organizational events.
  • Develop action plans based on employee feedback and engagement results.
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Coordinate recognition and reward programs.
  • Support diversity, inclusion, and culture-building initiatives.

Profile & Requirements

  • Graduation or Post Graduation in HR
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement,
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Learning module.
  • Experience in learning analytics and training effectiveness measurement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or shared services organizations.
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
