Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and management of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities with focus on prevention – TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTANANCE (TPM).
  • Coordination and control on supply of materials and spare parts needed for normal operation of the energy system and machines in the factory including planned and emergency repair works.
  • Participation in development of new production shops and reconstruction of the already available.
  • Planning and management of all activities related to maintenance of production equipment, with high focus on reducing the waiting times – SINGLE MINUTE EXCHANGE OF DIE (SMED).
  • Performs initial, periodical, and case specific for some works instructions on the team members.
  • Performs regular checks on the machines and equipment in order to identify and solve problems on the machines and equipment in the factory

Profile & Requirements:

  • Technical education
  • Experience with SAP is advantage
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast developing organization.
  • Very good knowledge of English / second language German is an asset.
  • Being confident with MS Office
  • Communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work in intercultural team.
  • Management of a team with high expectations to the own and common goals
