Good to know
- Mechanical drawings and write simple programs
- Dial indicators, height gauges, internal and external diameter micrometres, vernier callipers and other measuring tools
- Basic use of machine tools and the use of the tools
- Basic programming knowledge
- Basic awareness of production safety and occupational health
- Basic understanding of 5S
The Worker Development Program is divided into four parts：
Adaption（1 month）、Training（3 month）、Mentoring（3 month）、Positioning（1 month).
- Possess a full-time college degree or above
- Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Possess basic knowledge of mechanics, intelligent manufacturing or electrical engineering
- Have a strong learning ability and be able to quickly master job skills
- Good communication skills, execution skills and feedback awareness
- Strong ability to learn and accept new things
