After joining the company, you will enter the group's systematic school recruitment and training plan, go deep into the front-line production department, and have a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and business processes. During the rotation period, you will have the opportunity to lead or participate in key cross-departmental practical projects as a core member or project leader, solve practical business challenges, and quickly accumulate management experience. The company will arrange regular dialogues, seminars, and exclusive mentor coaching with the Group's senior management to receive direct guidance on strategic vision and career development.
After the rotation period expires, through comprehensive evaluation, you will be officially assigned to key positions within the group based on personal wishes, ability characteristics and the company's strategic needs, opening a rapid career development channel for you.

The Program is divided into four parts:
- Grassroots training
- Project Practice and Leadership
- Executive Dialogue and Coaching
- Evaluation and formal job placement
- Hold a Masters, Doctorate Degree majoring in metallurgy, materials and relevant science and engineering
- Chinese as mother language with very good English skills
- Proactive and good administrative capability
- Communication and Presentation Excellence: Have the ability to communicate clearly and methodically, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Possess structured thinking and a knack for dimming key points from complex information and driving problem-solving.
- Active Learning and Adaptability: Be curious about new things, with the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and adapt to changing environments.
