Responsibilities:
As Global Business Segments Director, you will play a key strategic leadership role, shaping and executing global business strategies across our business segments.
Lead and inspire a global team of Business Segments Managers, Business Development Managers, Global Application Engineers and Technical Experts to achieve ambitious division targets
Develop and drive concrete global business development initiatives within the business segments, focusing on specific applications and components
Identify and further enhance best‑in‑class solutions where CERATIZIT holds a strong competitive position, turning them into sustainable and profitable business opportunities
Actively participate in contract negotiations with global customers, representing the company at senior level
Build strong partnerships with the Sales Organizations and collaborate closely with Global Product Management, Production, Marketing and R&D to ensure aligned and successful execution across the value chain
Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering, combined with extensive experience in roles that bridge technical expertise and commercial or sales responsibilities
Proven track record in leading and developing cross‑functional and international teams
Strong intercultural competence, enabling effective collaboration in a complex global environment across all organizational levels
Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time to work closely with sales teams, global customers, machine tool builders and other key partners
