Your tasks:
As the central competence center within the Plansee Group, you will hold strategic responsibility for advancing and implementing our export control processes. In this role, you will ensure strict compliance with international regulations while operating in a dynamic, global business environment.
Drive the continuous development of the export compliance strategy, including process optimization and digitalization initiatives
Ensure full compliance with national and international export control regulations (e.g., EU Dual-Use Regulation, U.S. EAR, ITAR) across the Plansee Group
Advise business units and executive management on all matters related to export control
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs
Act as the primary point of contact for relevant institutions, authorities, and internal stakeholders, while leading and further developing the Export Compliance team
Your profile:
Completed degree in Business Law, International Relations, Economics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in export control, with in-depth knowledge of applicable national and international regulations
Proven experience in implementing compliance systems and managing interactions with regulatory authorities
Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and excellent proficiency in German and English
Familiarity with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) or similar IT systems

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 60.962,30, - gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
