JR Global Product Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Oversee the product portfolio lifecycle, including definition, monitoring, and phase-out decisions
  • Asia market support: support sales teams and segments with market launches, product improvements, and recommendations
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Lead new product launches and collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct competitor analyses, create product roadmaps, and fuel innovation ideas for R&D
  • Marketing Collaboration: Define marketing messages and provide technical content for campaigns and product promotions

Profile & Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Degree in technical or business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in product management, ideally in an international industrial environment
  • Professional English, project and process management, MS Office proficiency and ERP Systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Personality: Open, communicative, confident in presentations, and assertive in decision-making
  • Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of business contexts, ability to manage complex technical and economic topics
