PROCUREMENT PROCESS SPECIALIST

Tasks & Responsibilities

As part of our Planning Team, you will be responsible for:
▲ Support of the development of standardized global procurement processes as well as the implementation and further development of these processes in compliance with the standards, concepts, guidelines, etc;
▲ Analysis of global suppliers data and preparation of reports with support of reporting tools as e.g. Business Objects, etc;
▲ Maintain process documentation and procedures to meet quality system requirements;
▲ Contact person for the worldwide Plansee Group procurement organization which will require regular business trips to our locations abroad;
▲ Coordinate with/ support key- users to resolve process issues and create IT support Tickets;
▲ Active role in implementation of projects, system rollouts, testing and training the end- users;
▲ Driving forward digitalization in collaboration with Data & AI.

Profile & Requirements

▲ University degree with several years of professional experience in procurement or process management in an international production or industrial company;
▲ Alternatively, comparable qualification with solid professional experience;
▲ Fluent in English;
▲ Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP S4/ HANA MM;
▲ High affinity for IT topics and processes;
▲ Team player.
