Plansee Group joins Women4Metals
We are pleased to announce that Plansee Group, along with its business areas Plansee HPM and CERATIZIT, is now a member of Women4Metals*, a collective dedicated to empowering of women in the metal industry.
Forging new opportunities with Women4Metals
Established in 2019, Women4Metals is a vibrant network of companies and individuals working together to make the metal industry more attractive and accessible to women. Since 2022, Women4Metals has been open to external organizations. Plansee Group is proud to be part of this growing community.

We are already acting internally:
- Our Females@Plansee network organizes lectures, trainings, and workshops on topics such as intercultural cooperation and awareness.
- A pilot project with specially appointed contact persons offers guidance on equality, discrimination, bullying, and harassment in the workplace.
- Our Employer of Choice initiative is working on a clear vision and concrete measures to make the Plansee Group an even more attractive employer.
By partnering with Women4Metals, we are energizing our corporate culture and fostering all our talents. In so doing, we are also contributing to a transformation that stretches across our common industry.
