The Plansee Group has signed the Diversity Charter

The Diversity Charter is an initiative from many European countries. The aim is to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the world of work. It seeks to create a working environment that values all members of society - regardless of gender, age, origin and skin color, sexual orientation, religion and ideology, or physical or mental disability.

Our commitment

• Maintain a corporate culture that is characterized by mutual respect and appreciation of diversity. We create the conditions for these values to be recognized, shared and lived within the company. Managers have a special responsibility in this regard.
• Review our processes and ensure that they do justice to the diverse skills and talents of all employees as well as our performance standards.
• Recognize the diversity of society within and outside the company, value its potential and use it for the benefit of the company.
• Make the implementation of the Charter the subject of internal and external dialog.
• Communicate internally and externally on an annual basis about our activities and progress in promoting and valuing diversity.
• Inform our employees about diversity and involve them in its implementation.
