Tasks & Responsibilities

Ceratizit is a global leader in the tooling industry, renowned for our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Product Specialist for our Roundtools business. This role is pivotal in driving our global strategy and ensuring the success of our roundtool products.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement global product strategies for the roundtool business, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and threats, and provide actionable insights to the product development team.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with R&D to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our roundtool products.
  • Sales Support: Provide expert support to the global sales team, including training, product demonstrations, and technical assistance.

Profile & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the (cutting-) tool industry, with a strong focus on roundtools
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, an advanced degree is a plus.
  • High knowledge in the cutting edge of Round Tools and CAD/CAM knowledge for process optimization as well practical knowledge of operating and programming
  • Professional knowledge in project - and process management includes profound communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment and very good English skills.
