YOUR TASKS:
In this role you will be the first point of contact and advisor to the management of all three Bulgarian legal entities in the Plansee Group for people related topics with the following tasks:
- Act as the point of contact to People Leadership providing guidance and advise to the management teams along the entire employee lifecycle and represent the HR service portfolio to the People Leadership
- Empower People Leadership by providing advise in challenges ranging from daily business to oganizational changed and strategic HR topics
- Develop leadership capabilities in accordance with Plansee Group values
- Be an ambassador of the company values by integrating these into all people practices
- Collect, analyze and prioritize business needs and translate into HR and leadership actions, by strong collaboration with the global HR-Community and coordinate the work of the local HR operations team
YOUR PROFIL:
- University Degree like business administration, psychology etc.
- Long standing professional experience on a similar position in an international environmenmt
- Ability to understand strategy, corporate culture, human resource systems and individual behaviour patterns and to connect aspects related to each other
- Open communication , diplomatic approach, negotiation skills and perseverance
- Understanding of global economic relationships, extensive knowledge of human resource management and very good English skills
