The Customer Service Center Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service operation towards our clients.
Your tasks:
Enter orders into the ERP system according to customer specifications (such as certificates, inspection plans, packaging and labelling, etc.), as well as Incoterms and payment conditions, while ensuring customer records are kept up to date
Confirm pricing and delivery dates with the teams responsible for product management, sales, and supply chain
Regularly follow up on contract calls and validity dates, and keep the clients informed about the status of their orders (lead times, delivery dates…)
Ensure that documents and shipments are sent in accordance with customer requirements
Follow up on unpaid invoices in collaboration with the CSC Manager and the sales department
Your profile:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Economics, or Business (e.g., a 2-year degree such as BTS)
First experience in customer service in a similar role is a plus
Experience with SAP or any other ERP system would be considered as a strong asset
You are fluent in English and German, conversational level French is a plus
You are autonomous, well-organized, and a team player with a customer-centric mindset
