You design and implement a regional growth strategy for APAC, identifying new markets and driving geographic expansion. You actively acquire new customers, strengthen existing key accounts, and establish structures to ensure excellent customer service and retention. Together with your team, you develop a forward-looking sales strategy, analyze market needs, and co-create new products and business lines with customers for Toolmaker and Private Label which includes solid carbide rods, insert blanks, finished inserts, and solid carbide tools for the private label market. You lead and develop an international sales team, building a high-performance organization that delivers best-in-class customer service. You define and monitor KPIs to measure success, coordinate cross-segment sales activities, and leverage internal synergies to increase efficiency.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration or equivalent, with up to 10 years of senior-level B2B sales experience.Strong technical understanding of machining processes and experience with technical products in the tooling or metalworking industry.Proven track record in leading and developing international sales teams, with experience in building and implementing new structures.Ability to analyze market and customer data, derive strategic insights, and implement innovative sales concepts.Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and motivation to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
