HEAD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT
GABROVO, BULGARIA (relocation support available)
FULL TIME/ ON SITE / DAY SHIFT

Ceratizit Bulgaria, part of the Plansee Group, is a global leader in hard material solutions and tooling technologies, with over 100 years of expertise. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Quality Management to strengthen and further develop our quality standards and processes on a local and group level.

Responsibilities:
▲ Lead and develop a team quality professionals
▲ Drive the stabilization and continuous improvement of quality processes
▲ ​Ensure implementation and compliance with international quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
▲ ​Plan and oversee internal audit programs and follow-up actions
▲ Manage incoming, in-process and final quality control activities

▲ Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System and related documentation

▲ Act as a key partner to internal stakeholders and the international group on all quality-related topics

▲ ​Support a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the organization

Qualifications:
▲ University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
▲ Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management (leadership experience is a strong advantage)
▲ Solid understanding of quality standards, audits and certification processes
▲ ​Experience in manufacturing environment
▲ ​Internal Auditor certification (or equivalent) is preferred
▲ ​Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
▲ Fluent English (German is a plus)
▲ ​Structured, detail-oriented and proactive mindset
