In this role you will contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices, maintenance vision and strategy, policy and process improvements.

Tasks & Responsibilities

▲ Responsible for the team servicing the plant machinery/equipment and their efficient use;
▲ Create, coordinate and supervise the actions to ensure proper operations and technical conditions;
▲ Timely report the performed and upcoming repairs of the machines in the production on management meetings;
▲ Request and arrange the supply of spare parts and consumables to ensure the normal operation;
▲ Participate in the modernization activities and commissioning of delivered equipment.

Profile & Requirements

▲Well-developed people management and self-management skills;
▲Technical experience and understanding;
▲ SAP PM Module experience;
▲ Experience in different maintenance methodologies
▲ 5-10 years of experience as a maintenance manager in big production company;
▲ Fluent in English language;
