We are looking for a Key Account Expert (f/m/d) to support global key accounts and drive business operations. You will have a support function for field sales representatives and for providing technical advice. Additionally, you will introduce new products, manage market launches, analyze markets, support events, and collaborate with customers and internal departments like R&D for product development, marketing, production etc.

Your tasks:

• Oversee Global Key Accounts including pricing strategies, daily business operations and country-specific support

• Assist countries and their sales representatives, support contract and price negotiations and create sales documents

• Introduce new products and customer-specific solutions, ensuring successful market launches, market testing, and managing product discontinuations with product management

• Analyze markets, support and organize both internal and external events, such as customer seminars and sales meetings and collaborate with customers and internal departments for product development

Your profile:

• Business or technical degree with several years of professional experience in marketing/sales, ideally in an international industrial company or comparable competencies through long-term professional experience with specific additional training

• Strategic thinking and communication skills and an extensive knowledge of solid carbide tools in an international context

• Cultural sensitivity and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and German, every additional language is a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 40 %
