Within our Quality team, you will oversee the following missions:

Tasks & Responsibilities

▲ Organization of activities for implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to international standards, including internal audits and QMS documentation.
▲ Consulting and assistance to all organizational units in respect QM issues, product quality control, improvement of QM processes and projects.
▲ Analysis and evaluation of processes from the point of QM- view, development and implementation of measures and projects for improvement with the application of modern methods for process improvement.
▲ Respond to customer needs and complaints related to quality matters.
▲ Ensure the deployment of corrective and preventive solutions to prevent quality issues.
▲ Coordination and assistance when applying quality management methods such as 5 Why methods, Ishikawa diagrams, 8D method etc.
▲ Participation in training process for improvement and quality management.

Profile & Requirements

▲ You hold an Engineering degree in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering.
▲ You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer in an industrial environment.
▲ You are autonomous, methodical, and rigorous.
▲ You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong responsibility sense.
▲ You speak fluently Bulgarian and have a proficient level in English.
