CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESSING

Plansee Bulgaria EOOD has been part of a global network of around 50 production and sales locations for more than 20 years and is an essential part of the PLANSEE HPM (High Performance Materials) production network. With over 100 years of experience in the processing of molybdenum and tungsten, we are the world market leader and also supply our customers worldwide with components made of these materials from Gabrovo

Your tasks:

■Support of our global customer network
■Processing customer inquiries, preparing and tracking quotations
■Handling processes in our ERP System (order processing, data maintenance, etc.)
■Preparation and support of customer visits, trade fairs & marketing activities
■Assisting with customer complaints and processing any correspondence that arises
■Monitoring delivery times, adherence to delivery dates, dispatch processing, consignment stocks, etc

Your profile:

■Completed commercial or technical training, some initial work experience or internship in a similar role
■Good communication skills, team player, Service-oriented thinking and strong organizational skills
■Very good written and spoken German and/or English skills
■Time flexibility in global exchange with customers and colleagues
■Very good Windows and MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
