Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Analyze, classify and resolve incidents, errors and performance issues
- Support, maintain and further develop global CAD/PLM processes
- Create guidelines, best practices and technical documentation
- Support system updates, upgrades and global rollouts
- Support with customization and administration of Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Train and support end users
- Contribute to global digitalization and standardization initiatives
- Ensure consistent templates and data management across all locations
Profile & Requirements
- Completed technical education (technical college, university) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
- Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modeling, drafting, assemblies)
- Solid experience with Teamcenter (lifecycle and change management, workflows)
- Familiarity with CAM process is a plus
- Prior experience in global support or application management is an advantage
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for international collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
