After completing the onboarding training, trainees will gain hands-on experience in front-line production departments, building a comprehensive understanding of company operations and business processes.

During this program, trainees will engage in regular dialogues with senior management, participate in progress reviews, and receive periodic performance evaluations. Education

• Doctoral degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgy, or related technical fields disciplines is highly preferred
• Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering or similar technical majors will also be considered
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering/Metallurgy and a Master’s degree in Business or Sales are welcome
• Candidates for production, industrial engineering and Quality function who has above education background

• Scholarship recipients (university level or higher) preferred
