Your Tasks:

The Global CRM Operations Lead optimizes global sales processes with a focus on CRM systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement standardized global sales processes using the CRM system

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure cohesive sales operations

  • Analyze sales processes to identify and address inefficiencies using CRM data

  • Oversee the integration and optimization of sales processes within the CRM system

  • Facilitate communication between central and divisional sales teams

Your Profile:

  • University degree in economics, management, IT, media, communication, or equivalent experience

  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written); German is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices across a multi-divisional brand

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics or Salesforce) or similar tools and their application in sales process optimization

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
