Your Tasks:
The Global CRM Operations Lead optimizes global sales processes with a focus on CRM systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and implement standardized global sales processes using the CRM system
Collaborate with senior management to ensure cohesive sales operations
Analyze sales processes to identify and address inefficiencies using CRM data
Oversee the integration and optimization of sales processes within the CRM system
Facilitate communication between central and divisional sales teams
Your Profile:
University degree in economics, management, IT, media, communication, or equivalent experience
Excellent English skills (verbal and written); German is a plus.
Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices across a multi-divisional brand
Knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics or Salesforce) or similar tools and their application in sales process optimization
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
