Tasks & Responsibilities

▲ Organization of activities for implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to international standards, including internal audits and QMS documentation.
▲ Consulting and assisting to all organizational units in respect QM demandings and issues, product quality control, improvement of QM processes and projects.
▲ Analysis and evaluation of processes from the point of QM- view, development and implementation of projects and actions for improvement the application of methods for process improvement.
▲ Respond to customer needs and complaints related to quality matters.
▲ Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive solutions to prevent quality issues.
▲ Coordinates and assist when quality management methods such as 5 Why methods, Ishikawa diagrams, 8D method etc are used and assistance is needed.
▲ Participation in training process.

Profile & Requirements

▲ You hold an Engineering degree in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering.
▲ You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer in an industrial environment.
▲ You are independent, have methodical approach and willingness to learn and develop.
▲ You have excellent communication skills and a strong responsibility sense.
▲ You speak fluently Bulgarian and have a proficient level in English.
