CERATIZIT from the Group Plansee is a high- tech engineering group specialized in tooling and hard material technologies. With over 8,000 employees at 34 production sites and a sales network of over 70 branch offices, the Group is a global player in the carbide industry.

Due to the dynamic development of Ceratizit Bulgaria, we are looking for a motivated employee for the position of Quality Manager.

In this role, you will lead and organize a department responsible for the quality management system and other management systems (according to international standards).

Gabrovo, Bulgaria

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Creating and updating of management system documentation;
• Organization of management system review by management;
• Management and improvement of organizational quality management department;
• Functional (not operative) responsibility for the processes of incoming, intermediate and final control of materials in production;
• Responsible for the implementation of the program for conducting internal audits of the implemented quality management.

Profile & Requirements

• Type degree of education – higher technical.
• Work experience – minimum 5 years of experience in a “Quality manager” position and six sigma green belt;
•  Additional skills:
  Proficiency in English – written and spoken;
  Minimum professional qualification “Internal auditor of management systems”.
  Knowledge in the fields of: management system, international standards, certification.
• Leadership skills and communication skills;
• Responsibility, determination and attention to detail.
