Responsibilities

Seeking a motivated and skilled R&D/Product Development Engineer with a strong background in metallurgy or related engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will drive product development initiatives, collaborate with the global R&D team, and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions. This role demands technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Design, develop, and optimize new products and processes.
• Research Collaboration: Collaborate with the global R&D teams to align on innovation projects and implement best practices.
• Material Expertise: Apply Solid knowledge of materials and powder metallurgy techniques.
• Project Management: Manage R&D projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Process Improvement: Work with Process Engineering teams to analyse and improve existing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Global Collaboration: Work in an international setup, including regular communication and travel to other facilities as required.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related Engineering field.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in powder metallurgy, product development, or a related domain.

• Knowledge of powder metallurgy processes and refractory metals.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to work in a global environment with multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally for collaborative projects.
