Key Responsibilities

Product Receiving & Intake

  • Coordinate and manage the receipt of returned or used products for refurbishment.
  • Verify product quantities, condition, and documentation upon receipt.
  • Ensure accurate system transactions (receiving, inventory status, work order creation).
  • Flag discrepancies, damages, or missing information and coordinate resolution.

Refurbishment Planning & Scheduling

  • Create and maintain refurbishment production plans based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
  • Release and manage refurbishment work orders or production runs.
  • Balance priorities to meet customer due dates and operational constraints.
  • Monitor progress of refurbishment activities and adjust plans as required.
  • Coordinate material availability, labor capacity, and tooling needs with operations.

Operational Coordination

  • Act as the primary planning interface between refurbishment, production, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Participate in daily/weekly production meetings to review schedules, constraints, and performance.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively develop mitigation plans.

Customer Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding refurbishment schedules and order status.
  • Provide clear, accurate updates on lead times, delays, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate customer-specific requirements such as configurations, documentation, or shipping needs.

Inventory & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate refurbishment inventory records and production statuses in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Track key refurb metrics such as turnaround time, throughput, and backlog.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and reporting.

The base compensation for this position is between 60-70k annually, commensurate with skill and experience level.
