As the link between sales, customers, R&D and product management, you will play a central role in our business success. Do you look after major customers in Türkiye region and have an affinity for machining? Then become part of our team!

Your tasks:

• As part of the further development and expansion of our business activities with customers from metal cutting sector, you will provide technical support for our customers and carry out analyses and find solutions
• Supporting the development of international target markets and building up a corresponding network of specialists
• Optimisation of holistic manufacturing processes at our customers' sites and the market launch of new solutions
• Supporting sales representatives in the creation of customer-specific sales documents with corresponding technical solution concepts
• Monitoring and identifying technology trends and changes with corresponding market analyses and reporting

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator, preferably with an additional qualification as a technician or B.A. in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience and practical knowledge in the use of cutting tools
• Good knowledge of project management and experience in using an ERP system, preferably SAP
• a confident manner, good written and spoken English is a plus
• Communication skills, initiative, ability to work under pressure and decisiveness are the key to success here
