Your tasks:
In this position, you will be part of CERATIZIT India and representing the product portfolio of Hard Material Solutions. You will develop the Indian market based on our existing sales strategies and contribute to achieving our growth plans.
- Develop the sales region India in the area of Hard Material Solutions (HMS) in close coordination with the global sales department, reporting directly to the Director Sales and President Asia.
- Technical and commercial development of the customer portfolio, including the final implementation of new products and applications as well as the phasing out of obsolete products and services.
- Represent the company professionally in the market, at trade fairs, information events, and/or technical seminars with customers.
- Act as a customer representative towards internal stakeholders, considering the strategy and interests of CERATIZIT.
- Participate in the development of new market potentials based on your market analyses, customer developments, and observations of the competitive environment.
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience in the B2B sector.
- Experience in an intercultural team and environment.
- High technical affinity and experience with market and customer data analyses.
- Customer- and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- High willingness to travel and at least fluent in English
