In Shanghai, China

YOUR TASKS:

Take your chance to develop your career in Shanghai, China. Be a part of the local sales team and explore the Chinese market for our Business Unit Refractory Metals and expand our local market share.

  • Coordinate with different sales regions for marketing, leads generation and product development. 
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and other departments for business development. 
  • Communicate, coordinate, implement BS strategies and set up sales goal in China. 
  • Gather market intelligence including market trends, competitors and Customer/Competitor Matrix (CCM) maintenance. 
  • Supporting regional sales team on establishing and maintaining good relationship with key accounts. 
  • Provide the guideline and training IS on sales activities with lean customers. 
  • Provide product, technology, and markets training for regional sales.
  • Be responsible for marketing activities.  
  • Be responsible for sales management on PSH local products. 
  • Pricing and achievement of annual profit goal. 

YOUR PROFIL:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in materials, electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of successful experience in Sales & Marketing Management with strong industry knowledge.
  • Proven ability to independently develop customer resources and achieve annual sales.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, promotion, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English with excellent project management and negotiation skills.
