YOUR PROFIL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration or equivalent, with up to 10 years of senior-level B2B sales experience.
- Strong technical understanding of machining processes and experience with technical products in the tooling or metalworking industry.
- Proven track record in leading and developing international sales teams, with experience in building and implementing new structures.
- Ability to analyze market and customer data, derive strategic insights, and implement innovative sales concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and motivation to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
