Responsibilities:

To strengthen our international People Acquisition team, we are looking for an engaged recruiting professional for our location in Gabrovo who will actively shape and manage the entire hiring process while representing and promoting our employer brand in the region.

• You manage the entire recruiting process – from aligning with hiring managers and screening applications to conducting interviews, providing feedback and preparing job offers.

• You create a professional and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.

• You proactively identify talent through active sourcing, social recruiting and your personal network, while building a sustainable talent pipeline.

• Together with Employer Branding, you develop suitable initiatives to increase the visibility and attractiveness of our employer brand.

• You represent the company at career fairs, university events and recruiting events.

Qualifications:

• You have experience in recruiting, employer branding or related areas such as sales or marketing.

• You stand out through strong communication, organisational and consulting skills and work in a structured and goal-oriented way.

• You stay on top of several parallel search processes, set priorities confidently and work independently.

• You have a confident and positive presence and know how to inspire people and build long-term relationships.

• Beside Bulgarian language, very good English skills
