To strengthen and expand an existing team located in our Head Office in Sheffield, this role will be responsible for all warehouse, logistics and shipping activities to ensure a professional and efficient service to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picking and packing of customer orders in preparation for distribution (domestic and international).

• Booking in of product articles/stock into the SAP system.

• Accepting and managing deliveries from logistics couriers.

• Processing of customer returns.

• Conducting regular stocktakes.

• Management of product recycling.

• Other general warehouse duties, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 3 years strong knowledge and experience of working in a warehouse environment.

• Strong competence in IT and with Microsoft Office packages. Experience of SAP desirable, but not essential.

• Ability to undertake a physically demanding role.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight schedules.

• Flexibility and a strong focus on customer service

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, working on a weekly rotating shift pattern to cover the office opening hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm.
