EXCITING ASSIGNMENTS

• Grassroots training: Upon joining, you will participate in the group's systematic campus recruitment training program, delving into front-line production departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and business processes.
• Project Practice and Leadership: During the rotation period, I had the opportunity to serve as a core member or project leader, leading or participating in key cross-departmental practical projects, addressing real-world business challenges, and rapidly accumulating management experience.
• Executive dialogue and coaching: The company will arrange regular dialogues, seminars, and exclusive mentor coaching with senior managers of the group, providing direct guidance on strategic vision and career development.
• Evaluation and Formal Position Assignment: Upon the completion of the rotation period, through comprehensive evaluation, positions will be officially assigned within the group based on individual preferences, ability traits, and the company's strategic needs, opening up a fast track for career development.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering disciplines: Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, and related majors. Candidates with a composite background (engineering + business) are preferred.
• Academic performance: Excellent academic performance during school years, with a comprehensive ranking in the top 30%. Those who have received scholarships at or above the school level are preferred.
• Language proficiency: Qualified in the College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) or equivalent, with excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Core competencies:
  1. Excellent communication and expression: Able to communicate clearly and coherently both orally and in writing.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Possess structured thinking, adept at extracting key points from complex information, and driving problem resolution.
  3. Proactive learning and adaptability: Possessing a strong curiosity towards new things, capable of quickly learning new knowledge and adapting to changing environments.
  4. Excellent team spirit: Possess a win-win mindset, effectively integrate into the team, and play an active role in cooperation.
